Origin myth

The person the dojo was built to train.

This is not a founder biography. It is an archetype: a story about learned shrinking, deliberate practice, and the moment repetition starts running in the other direction.

She was taught to be small.

Polite. Pleasant. Pre-apologetic.

She softened the ask before anyone had refused it.

She explained the no before anyone had challenged it.

She left room for everyone else — then wondered where her own had gone.

Then one day she noticed the pattern.

Not weakness. Training.

Years of tiny repetitions in the art of shrinking.

So she trained the opposite.

Three minutes at a time.

A cleaner sentence. A held boundary. A question under pressure. A pause before surrender.

She stopped trying to become fearless.

She became harder to move without her consent.

That is where Qong Foo begins.

Train the move before you need the move.
