Qong Foo v1 is accountless. Your training progress, saved Moves and Practice Log stay on your device and are not uploaded for cloud sync. If something looks wrong, describe the issue without sending private Practice Log content.
Qong Foo v1 is accountless and has no cloud practice record to delete. You can erase locally stored training progress using You → Reset Practice.
Qong Foo is confidence-building training, not therapy, crisis support or professional advice. Safety outranks the Move. If directness could put you at risk, pause or skip and prioritise distance, documentation, trusted support or professional help. If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services in your country.
