These Terms apply to your use of Qong Foo, including its website, application, content, tools and related services, operated by Darwinian Angel Ltd. References to "Qong Foo", "the app", "we", "us" and "our" mean Darwinian Angel Ltd operating through this product brand.
Lawful and responsible use
You agree to use Qong Foo lawfully and responsibly. You will not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the app, or use it to harm, harass, or coerce others.
What Qong Foo is — and is not
Qong Foo is provided for general informational, educational and training purposes — practising assertiveness, boundaries, clarity, and emotional steadiness. It does not replace professional, legal, medical, financial, psychological or other regulated advice. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact emergency services or a qualified professional.
Eligibility
Qong Foo is designed for users aged 16+ with parental or guardian guidance, or 18+ independently. By using the app you confirm you meet these requirements.
Your responsibility
The drills are training exercises. In real situations, choose responses that are safe, proportionate, and appropriate to the context and relationship. If a direct response could put you at risk, prioritise safety, distance, documentation, or support from a trusted person or professional. You are responsible for how you apply what you learn, and for any information you submit through the service.
Changes to the service
We may update, suspend or withdraw features at any time as the product evolves.
Intellectual property
All content, branding, curriculum, named moves, and design remain the property of Darwinian Angel Ltd or relevant rights holders. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the app.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Termination
You can stop using Qong Foo at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
