These Terms apply to your use of Qong Foo, including its website, dojo, application, content, tools and related services. References to "Qong Foo", "we", "us" and "our" mean Darwinian Angel Ltd operating through this product brand.

You agree to use Qong Foo lawfully and responsibly. You must not misuse the service, attempt to access restricted systems or data, interfere with the service, or use Qong Foo to harm, harass, threaten or coerce another person.

Qong Foo is a confidence-building practice system for boundaries, communication, clarity, presence and composure under pressure. It provides general educational training, not therapy, crisis support or professional legal, medical, financial, psychological or other regulated advice. If you are in crisis or immediate danger, contact emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional or support service.

Qong Foo is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your Belt progress, completed Practices, saved Moves and Practice Log are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app, clearing local storage or using Reset Practice may permanently remove this locally stored progress.

The Practices are training exercises, not instructions for every real-world situation. Safety outranks the Move. Choose responses that are safe, proportionate and appropriate to the context and relationship. If directness could put you or someone else at risk, prioritise safety, distance, documentation, support or professional help.

We may improve, replace, suspend or withdraw features as the product evolves. Where practical, we will avoid changes that unnecessarily prevent existing users from accessing their locally stored practice progress.

Unless otherwise stated, Qong Foo's branding, curriculum, named moves, written materials, software, interface elements and visual assets are owned by or licensed to Darwinian Angel Ltd. We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the service for lawful personal use. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Qong Foo may link to other websites, including QueenQong.com. External sites may have their own terms, privacy notices and services. A link does not make Qong Foo responsible for content or services operated by a third party.

We aim to keep Qong Foo available and useful, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

You can stop using Qong Foo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, security or the service, or where these Terms are materially breached.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you remain unaffected.
